Join us for an hour of discussion on topics in Black Culture, Black History, and the Global Black Diaspora.

On the first Thursday of every month, join us at Langston Hughes Community Library and Cultural Center for an hour of discussion on topics in Black Culture, Black History, and the Global Black Diaspora. Using highlights from the Black Heritage Reference Collection to kickstart the conversation, our curator will guide a casual conversation on the session’s overarching topic with a focus on history, cultural significance, and place within the diaspora. Participants are encouraged to come prepared to share their thoughts and interests with the group as they pertain to the topic of discussion!
