(Charlotte Hill O’Neal) – poet, musician, visual artist, and co-founder of the United African Alliance Community Center (UAACC) in Tanzania. A former Black Panther Party member, Mama C has called Tanzania home since 1972 and returns to the U.S. each year to share her story and support her community work.
