Experience a powerful day of freedom, history, and community at our Juneteenth & Black Music Month Celebration! Enjoy live music, storytelling, dancing, and more as we honor the legacy of this pivotal moment in American history.
Groove to performances by the KA Collective and Big Mike and the Black Saints. Then, take part in a hands-on workshop with renowned milliner Kathy Anderson, exploring the rich history of Black milliners while crafting your own elegant “fascinator.” Materials provided for 12 adults—register at the library.
